Refund and Cancellation Policy

By registering for any course, training program, or service provided by CertBits, candidates acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions specified in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Registration & Enrollment:

  • Enrollment is considered confirmed only after full payment of the applicable registration and administration fees has been successfully received.
  • Access to training programs, course content, learning resources, and support services will be provided after payment verification.
  • All payments are considered final once the enrollment is completed and are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Terms:

  • CertBits follows a strict no-refund policy for payments made toward courses, training, or services.
  • Registration, administration, and other applicable fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • Refund requests arising from personal circumstances, emergencies, changes in availability, scheduling issues, dissatisfaction, or a change of decision will not be accepted.
  • Since CertBits provides training, educational resources, support, and access to associated services, payments are treated as final and non-refundable.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Candidates are responsible for informing CertBits in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled training session or batch.
  • Requests for postponement or rescheduling must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed based on availability and at the sole discretion of CertBits.
  • If a candidate fails to provide prior notice, CertBits may decline any request for rescheduling or adjustment.

Batch, Training Mode & Faculty Assignment

  • CertBits reserves the right to determine the training mode, batch allocation, schedule, faculty, and available training infrastructure.
  • Candidates may express preferences; however, specific trainers, batch timings, training modes, or infrastructure cannot be guaranteed or demanded by the candidate.

Cancellation by Candidate

  • If a candidate decides to discontinue or cancel their participation after enrollment, no refund will be applicable.
  • CertBits shall not be liable for any additional expenses or losses incurred by the candidate, including travel, accommodation, transportation, leave from work, or other personal arrangements.

Non-Transferability of Fees

  • Fees paid to CertBits are personal to the registered candidate and cannot be transferred.
  • Paid fees cannot be reassigned or transferred to:
  • Another individual
  • Another course or training program
  • Any third party

Policy Changes

  • CertBits reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when required.
  • Any revised policy will become effective from the date it is published on the official CertBits website.
  • Candidates are encouraged to review the latest version of the policy before enrolling in any course or service.

Acceptance of Policy By completing the registration or payment process, the candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy
